The first sip is delicious. The mellow aroma was not too assertive, but had an elegant ripe fruit flavor, and the gasiness of unfiltered freshness flowed through my mouth pleasantly. It was the best encounter I've had with a sake that suited me better than the two Jigen brands I've had before. We will meet again tomorrow. 🤗
