I got hooked on Kameizumi, and I'm still curious about Kochi Prefecture's sake brewed with CEL-24 😆.
I wonder what Tosa Shiragiku's CEL-24 is like.

Then comes the fruity taste that is typical of CEL-24 😆.
I've had bitter aftertaste before, but this is the first time I've ever had bitterness in my mouth 😆.

After a few days, the bitterness came back in order.
And astringency on the back end? I'm not sure 😆.
I like bitterness and astringency, so it's interesting to experience different tastes: ⤴️
