When I popped in and picked it up, it was a product that had been stored for 8 months at a liquor store 🙄 It seemed to be a limited winter sake, and it tasted a little more aged.
It had a calm ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and peaches, with a hint of a hint of sweetness like apricots and cotton candy... It was soft on the palate and gently penetrated the palate. The aftertaste was sour...bitter...and faded out lightly 😌.
