19Pecora
ariccy
19 named for the Italian word for sheep.
There was also a Pecora with Junmai Ginjo specs, but this blue bottle is a renewed Junmai Daiginjo with 35% Dewa Sanzu
The aroma is apple-like and fruity.
There is also a slight citrus acidity.
In the mouth, it tastes slightly sweet and fruity like apples at first.
From the middle, the acidity becomes stronger and finishes the taste, making it slightly dry.
It is easy to drink and tastes like a 19.
It can be enjoyed on its own, but since it is a relatively calm type of wine, the best way to enjoy it is with simple snacks.
