Orfevre
Precious Aizan cultivated at the foot of Mount Kenzan in Tokushima Prefecture. Kenzan + Aizan = Ken Aizan?
When you open the seal, the cork blows out and you are surprised! 😱.
It's very lively even though it's already been fired (lol).
Gorgeous ginjo aroma with a sense of calmness.
The sweetness is a little subdued, perhaps because it is still hard when opened, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp with a touch of bitterness.
Not much sweetness typical of Aizan.
