Arahashiri
Arahashiri is the first sake that comes out when sake is squeezed. It is the part of the sake that comes out naturally from the weight of the moromi without any pressure, so it is very rare and valuable.
Blame
This is the sake that is squeezed out by applying strong pressure at the end of the Kamizanko process. While it tends to have a tangy taste, the ingredients contained in the moromi are concentrated into the sake, giving it a deep flavor.
