Jun-dai but with a subtle fruity aroma.
It is more refreshing and crisp than Hokuto Zuisho.
My memory is getting fuzzy from this area.
I drank it after eating simmered kinmei and was smitten.
They said it can be enjoyed at all temperatures, but I'd rather drink it cold.
