This is a trip to Osaka's local sake market, where I get the impression that only Akishika is distributed in Tokyo. I chose the frog label for the jacket. If it were in Tokyo, such a stylish label would surely be a fruity sake, but it turns out to be very dry! It has a mild mouthfeel, but after a while it becomes piquant and sharp. It's a fantastic right that hits you from a completely unexpected angle. This is Naniwa's way, a taste with a punch! I want to pair it with a spicy salad with wasabi leaves.
