パーム農家
Sagaminada autumn sake bought at Mikawaya in Ebina. The liquor store I am familiar with did not put it in this year. It is served lukewarm. The aroma is much less intense, but the flavor and the crispness...it's a very good heated sake. It's what's called an assemblage, and since there's a fire-brewed honjozo in it, the liquor stores I'm familiar with are reluctant to carry it. It's such a delicious sake.
