Thinking back to the year 2024: ☺️ This sake is a luxury sake brewed once a year by Kangiku, Aizan, with up to 40% Aizan ✨and it's a medium-brewed sake! Just thinking about it is enough to tell you how delicious it is 😍. When you open the bottle, you can smell the pineapple-like sweet and sourness, and it spreads to the back of your nose. ☺️ When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sourness that is only possible with Aizan spreads with a slight fizziness and a clear, polite, elegant acidity... This is delicious! This is too good! I guess it is this refined sweetness and acidity that comes from the fact that it is a medium harvest. Hmmm, it is still a delicious Kanjiku 😋.
