At home.
This is the first Mutsu Hachisen that I got on an expedition to a neighboring prefecture.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity...with a hint of apple, perhaps because it is from Aomori. It has a crisp and dry taste in the mouth, and is very pleasant to drink. It is a famous sake, no doubt about it.

Aomori sake, I had an image of apples from the beginning because the Toyobai I drank before had a strong sense of apples. But it didn't betray that image. The acidity was easy to drink and perfect for the hot summer.
