The second in the series of straw sakes for professional sake drinkers, it has a characteristic slightly pungent acidity and a clear yet full-bodied taste, perhaps due to its four-stage brewing process, but at 13°C it is not as easy to drink as water because of its acidity and full-bodied taste. It has a crisp aftertaste with a full-bodied rice flavor and richness, which is probably due to the use of Gekkeikan's original yeast.
