Shinanonishiki天堕 純米大辛口生原酒
まつちよ
The initial aroma has a slight alcohol taste.
In the mouth, there is a good sweetness with the flavor of matured rice.
There is also a hint of sweetness.
The label on the back of the bottle says "very dry" on top of 19 degrees of alcohol, so I was wondering what it would be like, but the fact that it was made in February and shipped in August, and that it is a well-matured hiyaoroshi, I guess, is what made me think it was a good one. I was betrayed in a good way.
It was delicious!
