Mr. Bouken found Momokawa's draft sake in the same refrigerator as Ryuusen Yaezakura and moved to the side to have a drink.
The person who was waiting for us was very pushy and made us drink it very fast.
◉Oirase Junmai Sake Honosen (raw)
The aroma was full and the taste was rich and full of flavor. It was rich and mellow and delicious.
Momokawa Ginjo-Junmai Sake
Nutty flavor and fullness. The rice flavor is clean and crisp.
◉Nebuta Tanrei Junmai Sake
A dry, refreshing sake that goes well with any meal. It has a nutty flavor and a hint of rice flavor.
◉Momogawa wine yeast brewed ginjo-junmai-shu
The acidity was quite sour and harsh in my opinion.
