Founded in the Kan'ei Era, "Zenkoji Gaien Nishinomon Yoshinoya" uses 100% highly polished rice malt, and amazake with an elegant sweetness and clean taste made with 60% polished rice malt that brews ginjo-shu (ginjo sake).
It is rich in ◆glucose, amino acids, and vitamins, and has been enjoyed since the Edo period.
