This is one of the bottles that takeshon recommended to me before!
I couldn't make it to the store where I was supposed to buy it, but it happened to be on sale at a nearby department store so I was able to buy it 😊.
I've never had a bottle of Yume Ginka or Sakura yeast before, so I was excited to open the bottle😆.
It has a beautiful aroma with a hint of sweetness.
In the mouth, the balance of rice flavor and refreshing taste is excellent✨.
The lingering aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is good, so the couple drank too much ☺️.
It goes well with sashimi, shirasu and cucumber with condiments etc👍.

I was actually at Horiichi today and they had a Yamada Nishiki version of the Sakura Yeast and of course I bought it👍.
