Probably an aluzo-sweetened one. Is it a regular sake or ginjo?
I drank it at the restaurant, but it was not written about in detail, which is troubling.
The taste is dry, light, and crisp. A typical inexpensive Japanese sake. It was neither good nor bad. However, it is different from cheap sake and tastes good. I drank it with kushikatsu (pork cutlets), and it washed away the oil.
