YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka
The Kame-no-Kai booth.
I've never had so many kinds of Kame no Kai.
Here, too, Aladdin was eager to learn, and we tasted some of his recommendations.
Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Pink Label.
Aladdin's recommendation. Sweet and juicy, with a slightly bitter and refreshing aftertaste. Oh, this is certainly delicious!
Kame no Umi Yakuchi Junmai
It seems to be a standard sake. It has a rich umami flavor with a nice sharpness. It is also delicious.
Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
It is juicy, but has a sweeter and more refreshing taste than the others.
Kame no Kai Junmai Daiginjo Kinmon Nishiki
This sake is also juicy and refreshing. It has a bitter aftertaste that is typical of Kinmonnishiki.
It is so popular that all the bottles produced are sold out, but Yamazou didn't want to lose to it, so he went to the brewery to see it.
When I asked him why some of the labels had different fonts, he told me that the labels for local sake and those for local sake specialty stores were different.
