This was the fifth dish at Sushi Matsumoto, a Junmai Ginjo of Kachikoma. I was planning to visit Toyama in September, so I thought I could drink as much as I wanted... but I had no choice since I ordered omakase.
Kachikoma is over-hyped, but it's also delicious! No problem.
