Hananoka Sake Brewery's brewery festival held on April 5 and 6. There was a lot of excitement with taiko drums and limited edition sake. Many limited edition sake but the 15th kind of Hana-no-Kou. This is a limited edition sake for today, a morning pressed raw sake. When I opened the bottle, I heard a light popping sound. As usual, just pouring it in spreads the fragrant smell. One of the things I have come to like about it is its good cost performance. I have the 16th to 21st kind of Hana no Aroma (the rest are all produced in Japan) stocked in my fridge. I have a weakness for limited edition sake😅.
