Transparent, sweet, citrusy.
A limited edition sake from last September's UTAGE, which was left to mature for six months before being uncorked.
From the pear-like top aroma, it has a light impression that is hard to believe it is a kijo-shu because of its low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius, even though it is a pure sake.
Nevertheless, the sweetness spreads more firmly than that of regular Hyakumangoku No Shiro, and the fresh acidity and bitterness take over the aftertaste. This is outstandingly delicious!
