At "Akagi" in Iriya, Ueno.
This was the fifth one without any pressure from my wife.
I asked for a Shigemasu Junmai Daiginjo Nigori, which I was sure would be delicious.
It is a light nigori made from a type of sake rice called Yume-Ichikyo.
It is soft, sweet, and delicious.
The way it spreads in the mouth is very nice.
I was quite drunk, but I was immersed in the happy flavor.
