The brewery is located in Nanae Town in the southern part of Hokkaido, and is a new brewery that started operations this year.
It is the first sake brewery in the Donan region in 35 years.
First of all, the label is beautiful. I bought half of it on the spot.
And the rice is Ginpu.
The other day, I had a miracle hit when I drank a sake brewed with Kamikawa Taisetsu's Ginkaze, so I thought I'd like a Ginkaze sake this time too, so I chose this one.
Naturally the rice is from a different source, but this one is completely from the south of Hokkaido.
The mouthfeel is very refreshing! The aroma is also light. How easy it is to drink! I don't find it to be fruity at all. So the refreshing feeling is not disturbed, and it is clear all the way to the mouth and down the throat.
I really like Ginpu.
This is the one that I won't find at the liquor store next week.
It's great to meet another delicious sake brewery in Hokkaido again.
They are planning to release a Junmai Daiginjo next spring, and I'm definitely buying it.
Are you sure? It's a must buy.
(I said it twice because it's important.)
By the way, Hakodate has delicious local beer. I wonder if it's the water.
I'm on my way to conquer the whole country, but I think I'll get further away by repeating Hokkaido's sake.
Such sake.
Cheers.
