I reserved and purchased my usual winter month.
I decided to start my New Year's drinking with this one.
When I pre-ordered, I asked for a full moon 🌕 if there was one.
I got a full moon for the second year in a row!
Last year was a good year and I hope this year will be even better!
The peach taste is just as I expected 🍑.
I am satisfied!
We don't usually have much sake in our house.
So I am comfortable enjoying the limited amount of Shiromayumi (Shin), Tamagawa and the three varieties 😌.

We use an abundance of freshly harvested new rice and maximize the original "umami" of the rice by using Kamishin's unique brewing method. The use of a pressing method that applies as little pressure as possible to the mash allows the "softness" of the rice to be conveyed as "umami" as it is.
