ETENE
Brilliant(Sanzen)
I thought there was a summer sake of Otters, so I bought it.
When I opened the bottle, something was different! I noticed the brand name "Sanzen"!
The word "Sanzen" looked like "Otters" to me!
I tried to drink it.
It's pretty good!
A nice fruity aroma that wafted through the air.
The fruity aroma is almost pineapple-like.
On the palate
Sweetness, astringency, and spiciness of the original sake can be tasted.
If you read the label carefully, it says
It is good on the rocks.
If you put one piece of ice on top of the wine glass...
It is light and can be enjoyed as a food wine.
