アラジン
Limited distribution sake named after Masayuki Imanishi, the brewer of Imanishi Shuzo (Nara Prefecture), which brews Mimuro Sugi and Mitsumorosugi (cedar) 🍶.
The sake is brewed using 100% Asahi rice, which is edible rice, and polished to a 60% ratio in the ginjo-zukuri process.
The appearance is clear crystal.
The aroma is deep, like ripe bananas.
The mouthfeel is mild and smooth, with a deep sweetness reminiscent of bananas that spreads along with a sweet hint of fragrance.
From the mid-palate, a clear and moderate acidity spreads softly and finishes off the palate.
The aftertaste is short and does not linger.
The aroma is also good, with sweet nuances, but it also has a fresh transparency and sharpness, a good feeling 😄.
As you drink more and more, you can feel a slight bitterness after the mid-palate, and it becomes tighter, which is also good. ☺️
Delicious ☺️
I like it very much 😊.
I still love Asahi rice sake 🥰.
