もよもよ
I've had a lot of Kudokibe, but this was my first dry sake, so I bought it. Recently, I am getting hooked on the charms of Omachi, and I am looking forward to seeing what it is like.
I wondered what a dry Kudokuteki would be like, but as one would expect from a sake brewery of such high caliber, the taste was refreshingly sweet and refreshingly fruity. It was refreshingly fruity, and although it did not have the usual sweetness, it was very tasty. It is a modern fruity sake without the usual mild sweetness, but with a slight sourness.
It would go well with white fish sashimi. It is very tasty.
