Last year I chilled this sake in the refrigerator before drinking it, but we don't have a microwave oven, so this year I drank it at room temperature and the spiciness and mellowness hit me! It was delicious! I used to think that sake should only be drunk chilled, but it is delicious lukewarm too 😋.
