You can taste the mild aroma and the flavor of the rice.
It's hard to explain the difference in yeast because I haven't experienced it yet, but it has a calm aroma that is typical of No.7 yeast, and the acidity is low with a good balance in the aftertaste.
I enjoyed it with tuna sashimi, but I'm sure there are more dishes that would go well with it. I'd like to try it lukewarm next time.
