The fifth sake go-around was at Miyoshigiku, where the toji was also there, but I forgot to take a picture so I omitted it🐾.
The sixth sake was Yamori🦎 Hiyoroshi (hiya oroshi).
The president and chief brewer of Toshimaya Sake Brewery was there.
The first aroma was slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi.
I have often tasted bitter tastes in Yamori's unpasteurized sake, but I did not taste any bitterness due to the fact that it was once fire-aged.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
