Revisit the liquor store where we met the other day.
I knew I could buy it normally 🥹.
Thank goodness 🙏.
The owner was very friendly and happy 😊.
Yamadanishiki 59% polished, 16% alcohol.
Junmai Ginjo class.
This is the first Genmai I drank last year.
I was very impressed with its taste.
When the aluminum cap is twisted tightly, the opening sound is silent!
The top aroma is of gorgeous honey apple.
It is sweet on the palate 💕.
There is a slight piquancy that can only be found in nama sake.
The melt-in-your-mouth sweetness knocks you out from the first sip 🥊.
The sweetness is in full bloom right after the bottle is opened!
It tends to be a pineapple-like sweet sake (Takachiyo, Eikoufuji, Sono Kangiku, etc.), but the acidity is very modest, which is typical of Nagano sake.
The price of 1,705 yen for this is nothing short of amazing 🥹!
