People who don't like sake often say that they can drink sparkling sake, but how is it really?
If I had to sum up my impressions in one word, it would be "delicate".
It's easy to use words like "refreshing" and "easy to drink," but this may be the first time I've ever had something so easy to drink.
With an alcohol content of 13%, it's lower than most sake, and I'm sure even people who don't like sake will enjoy drinking it!
It's one that I'd like to swap out for white wine and pair it with western style food!
