The liquor store near me only had one bottle, so I went to a store a little farther away. It has a sweet mouthfeel, but in the second half it becomes dry at once. It's not the type of sake that kills you, but one that lingers. It tastes like something, but I can't remember what it is. It doesn't say it, but according to the official website, the rice is Miyamanishiki.
