sato
It's been a little while, but this is the last sake of the Aizu trip.
Aizu Musume, and the dishes are from Hongo Ware and Jyu-no-Oto Kobo.
Just when I was coming back to my hometown, I bought a teacup in Kamakura, and it was made by Jyu-no-Oto Kobo.
Drinking sake like this reminds me of the fresh and warm atmosphere of Kamakura.
The sake has a firm, sweet rice flavor, as is typical of mellow junmai, but with a clean finish.
You can feel the warm but dignified air of Aizu.
