My favorite liquor store still had two types of Chokyu nama-zake, so I opened them at the same time and compared them.
First we started with the regular Jungin Nama Sake: ✌️
I hadn't had this bottle in a while: ☺️
The aroma is mild minty 🌿.
It has a sweetness but a sharp finish compared to the other bottle, Bizen Omachi, and the sharpness is noticeable when compared to the other bottle.
It has a sharp aftertaste compared to the other bottle, Bizen Oumachi, which has a more pronounced sharpness.
Are you sure you won't be able to drink it anymore?
