Sake found in a convenience store in Aomori.
This sake is made from an edible rice called "Bolt from the Blue Sky".
It has a sweetness from the rice and some acidity. The sweetness and acidity give it an apple-like flavor.
It is surprisingly refreshing, and one does not get tired of drinking it. There is not much pungency. Smooth sake. It may be surprisingly tasty.
