It hasn't been in the fridge for a long time, and I don't know if the room is unheated or not.
I shouldn't give a fresh sake as a gift.
I thought I might use it for simmering, but I can't waste a drop of sake, sad nature to drink it 😢.
I'll have it hot today 🍶.
PS: I had a 720ml of this sake in February. At that time the nigori was swimming like a cloud.

If you don't know how to manage your sake, it's not a good idea to give your raw sake sake to others 🥲.
Maybe you just don't know 😅.
Worst case scenario, you could use it as a cooking sake, but that would be a waste too 😅...
