KOUEIGIKU Aisan
★★★★☆
Entry: Faintly fruity aroma, a little tender.
In the mouth: The gas touches the lips and the tip of the tongue.
Aftertaste: sweetness and umami remain, fruity aroma leaves, a hint of bitterness like grapefruit.
Wow, this is delicious! Kouyoukiku potential high! I get the same fruity aroma and gorgeous gassy feeling as the Snow Crescent, but I get the impression that it's much calmer overall. It has a sense of security, like it's being held in place. It feels confident!
As the days go by, the fruity notes get stronger and mellower, which is also delicious. Personally, I prefer the first two days!
