Pre-order the excellent doburoku, an annual tradition at this time of year, again this year!
I have had doburoku from many different breweries, but this one is by far the best and my favorite!
You can feel the sweetness of the rice directly, but also the crisp acidity and the gaseous sensation when you crush the rice grains with your tongue.
It's low in alcohol, so it's a bottle that you can easily drink!
