Yuho生酛純米 百万石乃白

Youho is made with "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" sake rice developed by Ishikawa Prefecture.
Compared to the usual Yuho, it is a low alcohol brew using different yeast.
It has a beautiful egregious label.
In order to enjoy the difference, I compared it with the normal Yuho.
Compared to the normal Yuho, the ginjo aroma goes through the nose and it is delicious!
