⭐︎ One at Tokyo Rice Wine the other day. For Kagawa burial. The waiter said on the rocks, but I went straight. This is makgeolli. Sweet and sour and creamy. Low alcohol nigori sake. Citric acidity. Delicious but subtle 😢.
