Drinking at my parents' house.
My parents are also sake drinkers, but because of their location, they can't always buy new and rare brands.
Every time I go home, I buy sake that I can't seem to find in my hometown.
They probably don't know about "Shufuda" sake.
"Kamoshiki? I drank it the other day."
Oops. Really?
If you listen carefully, it seems that Kamonishiki was featured in a sake documentary on WOWOW.
But they couldn't get hold of any kafuda-shu, so they drank the main brand of Kamonishiki.
That's rather amazing. I've never had that one.
Open the bottle.
It has a gorgeous aroma.
It's a legitimate Junmai Daiginjo.
There is a slight sizzle. It cuts through the sweet gorgeous taste and aroma quickly.
It is easy to drink.
It goes down easy. Ummmmmmmmmmmm.
It's been a while since I drank it, but I reconfirmed its high level.
It's also a great cospa.
