It's the season for new sake!
This year, we're starting off with "Tamba-pack" Dai Shinshu 💨.
Tamba is the place where the sake is pressed for the last time.
The sake is bottled at the same place where it is pressed, so it's never this fresh.
It's also called "direct pumping".
