Today's sake is a test brew limited to 600 bottles, brewed in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, using a raw yeast yeast strain from Akita Prefecture's Ippozumi, Fudo. ❗️
The aroma is faintly sweet❗️ and the sip has a dense, mellow texture❗️ and after a tingling texture comes a sharp acidity and bitterness❗️❗️ sake that is also good as a food sake⭕️
