Umakuchi juice of rice. It has a slightly sour and sharp taste on the palate, but the umami is quite strong. It is easy to drink while retaining the flavor in the mouth.
It is unfiltered, so it has a strong yellowish taste.
The label says it is brewed with in-house yeast. Is such a thing quite rare?
