The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (11) Yamazaru] booth. We met the president of the company in Osaka when Yasube and Orin were visiting the brewery 😁. Junmai Ginjo Omachi The wild flavor that I imagine Omachi to have, with a bit of a pineapple feel, is delicious. Junmai Ginjo Aizanaru Limited edition of 2000 bottles. Fruity, robust umami with a hint of sweetness. Not too much bitterness. It is also delicious 😋. Yamazaru Fruits This is an autumn-only brew. It is made with a rare sake rice called "kuriyako". It has a deep umami flavor and a sake-like quality to it. It is also suitable for heating up. Junmai Daiginjo Yamazaru The rice is made from Yamada-Nishiki from a contract farmer who is apparently 35 years old. The aroma was a bit unique to the nose, though it was easily recognizable and tasty. Yamazaru: Unrefined, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. This sake is also made with Koriyako. It has a complex, thick, rich flavor with a unique lactic acidity, and the aroma on the nose is also a bit peculiar.

Hello, Nemuchi-san 😀 I went to the brewery and was shocked to hear that the president and sales staff were all on a business trip to the Kansai area 🤣. However, the lady at the brewery was kind enough to offer me more than 10 kinds of sake for tasting and told me to drink as much as I wanted!

Hi Yasubeyesan, ☀☀☀ just reported to the president that a friend of mine was at the brewery and was told that most of the sake had been sent to Osaka 🤣The president was kind and the lady at the brewery was kind too, it's a nice brewery 😆.
