Li Bai's booth in Shimane Prefecture.
I used to buy their mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) because it was so good, but this time I held back and didn't buy it.
◉Li Bai Tokubetsu Junmai Katsugonigori Nama Sake Dreamy Clouds
The sake is fermented in the bottle and is very shwashy. The taste is slightly dry. The English label on the bottle suggests that this is an export product, but it was bottled "raw" without any heat treatment.
◉Li Bai Junmai Ginjyo Araubashiri Nama Nama Sake
This was a limited edition of 200 bottles. It has a strong sake taste and umami rather than a roughness. I'm a sucker for limited editions, but it wasn't really my favorite, so I passed on it.
