Label Description
This sake is brewed using Shirakami yeast and Shirakami lactic acid bacteria selected from the Shirakami mountain range, which is a world heritage site.
As a fan of Yamahai, I'm sure it's delicious, and listening to Toji Kawai's explanation at the event made it even better.
The Aomori snack set for the event was a canned mackerel bar with ahijo flavor and Nanban miso.
It goes well with the vinegar-infused duck salad.
Today's definite pairing is saury, nishin, scallop and flatfish sashimi.
