This is Kenkunichi brewed with Yamagata Prefecture's sake rice, "Sake Mirai".
It has a sweet, mellow aroma like white peaches.
It has a full-bodied taste that spreads out and clears up quickly.
It is a fruity and delicious sake for early summer before the rainy season.
...But then again, vegetables are all so expensive!
