It is said that the sake focuses on bringing out the flavor of Omachi. You can fully feel the flavor of Omachi after the tangy gaseous feeling that is typical of raw sake (do you really understand?). The aroma is very fruity. The aroma is also very fruity, with a hint of pear. The acidity is just right, so you can taste the flavor of the rice all the way through. Anyway, it's delicious!
It seems to go well with grilled fish or fish dishes with herbs rather than sashimi. It went well with poelee of sea bream.
